• Copy of Plat of Survey required with line and sprinkler head locations drawn in
• SPRINKLER HEADS MAY NOT BE LOCATED IN PARKWAY OR UTILITY
• EASEMENTS
• Requires at least one (1) of the following three (3) devices for backflow protection:

1. Double-check valve
2. RPZ valve
3. Air gap (vacuum breaker)
